Our Own Noise

Alright. We're now happy owners of uncommon instruments.
We totally deserve a thread. Totally. Here it is.

I'm posting this first noise with my jawharp and I hope that we can see some progress here within the next posts.
So this is my first attempt playing the instrument and I've already gotten two little blisters in my fingers 'cos, well, you gotta know how to handle what they call the "tongue" of the jawharp. It can really hurt But now I think I got the hang of it, I'm not getting hurt as often
Earlier I actually got attacked by that tongue on my face! LOL I was probably plucking it too hard. But hey, this is not a deadly instrument and I recommend everyone to try it. It's really much fun.

Now, where are the darbuka sounds? We want to hear it, don't we? - !!!

Btw, this is worth mentioning: I took the jawharp to the shower! I played while I left shampoo in my hair. The acoustic in the bathroom is wonderful
