Btw, the transformation = you make the bacteria eat some special DNA you like! And then you pray and hope the bacteria wont destroy it and will make the lovely proteins you need! Smile

LOL, this is so bad! We made something like that in high school, but ours was waaay better Very Happy

In university, we made up a song to remember the role of some chaperones proteins... it was something like "GroEl plie les protéines" and we used the music from the Passe-Partout song "Les légumes"... LOL it was so cool Razz (Passe-Partout was the most popular tv show here in the 80s, http://membres.lycos.fr/ppartout/musique.html )
